1. ABOUT US
These Terms govern the use of shop.hvnds.com and the sale of products by SC RUFF UNIT SRL (J2025100177009, Unique Registration Code 53176530).
2. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced on the site (e.g., Shipping Policy, Refund Policy).
3. ELIGIBILITY

4. PRODUCTS, PRICES, AVAILABILITY
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, inventory or prices are error-free. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or updated without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
5. ORDER PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject it at our discretion. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order (e.g., by email/confirmation page) and begins processing it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel and refund any payment received.
6. PAYMENT
Payment methods are those displayed at checkout (e.g., bank cards processed by payment partners such as Viva Wallet, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where available). For most orders, payment must be authorized/received before shipment. You agree not to use payment instruments without authorization.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We generally deliver within Romania (unless otherwise stated on the product or at checkout). Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to courier constraints or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages on delivery and report any visible damage to the courier and to us promptly.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery, without giving any reason, by sending an unequivocal statement of withdrawal and returning the products in proper condition. Certain items may be excluded by law for hygiene or other reasons if unsealed/used after delivery. Refunds are made using the same means of payment, after receipt and inspection of returned goods, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Details on initiation, eligibility, shipping costs, and timelines are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please consult it before initiating a return.
10. WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law, and, where applicable, from any commercial warranty offered by manufacturers or suppliers (as described in the product documentation). For warranty service, follow the instructions provided with the product or on our site.
11. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, VOUCHERS
Promotional campaigns are governed by their specific rules. Promotions are valid only during the announced period and within available stock. We may cancel or modify promotions if errors occur or in case of abuse or force majeure.
12. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT
You are responsible for any reviews, comments, or content you submit. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content, do not impersonate others, and do not interfere with the site’s operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
16. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We aim to resolve issues amicably. You can contact us via the site’s contact form. Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution through ANPC (SAL) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR). Using SAL/ODR is voluntary and does not limit your right to address competent courts.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
18. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
